Circa 1976-1979, high tensile steel, approx. 28 lbs. I notice it has what appears to be the original steel Rigida rims, so I'm assuming "refreshed" just means "trued". Original price would have bee $175-$190, depending on exact year.

I think it is way overpriced. You should be able to find one for <$100. I sold one on CL last year for $80.

I had one last year and sold it to a local BF member for $60. Ok, that's a discounted price. I felt I could have got $100 or $120 out if it easily, but that was with new tires and mine was upgraded with alloy rims.
IMHO, $150 plus shipping is very high for that bike on ebay.
