Hi. Looks to be an early 80's model - maybe 83, 84, from the over-the-bottom bracket cable routing.

Definately a nice bike in fairly good contition. Value ballpark $600 - $700 maybe a little less.

clean it up. Lower that stem, there is a line on the stem that shows the max safe extension. It's probably where the rust line is on the stem. It's also best to raise the seat to make it look like a bike that was used by someone that fit it.

It has a very eccclectic mix of components that dont help the overall value. I dont see it beoing worth much more as a complete bike than as a bare frameset. I dont know, $400-450.
As noted earlier, lower the stem and raise the seat so its 1" above where the handlebar goes through the stem.
where'd you get it?
how do plan on selling it? garage sale? craiglist? ebay?
where do you live? location matters.

In addition to the cleanup needs work... looks like there is a stuck right barcon in there and an unused front DT shifter. Is shifting done by the right DT shifter for the rear and left barcon for the front? I also see a mix of Shimano, Suntour and Campagnolo components (with the latter being older) which suggests that at some point it had full Campy. It should probably go that way again before a sale and would be straight forward to do: Need a crank and pedals, fixing the DT shifters, replacing the Superbe brakeset with a Campy one and getting rid of the barcons. Not sure what the RD or hubs are by the picure...
