Found old Peugeot in Grandma's garage. Help identifying?

Hi all, found this old Peugeot and am wondering the year/model on her. Obviously the bike's in terrible condition but she might make a fun restoration. I don't know peugeots too well, the only lead I have is I have heard the checkerboard pattern is from '79 to '83. Also, any idea on how difficult/expensive it will be to find parts for a bike like this? Thanks for the help!!

Carbolite 103 tubing indicates a lower end Peugeot model; the graphics package indicates a more recent (late 80's) vintage. I own several Peugeot bikes and one of my favorite riders is a P8 made out of 103 tubing - it's pretty heavy at around 28 pounds, but it's also solid as a rock. All of my French bikes pose the challenge of obsolete French parts and threading throughout the entire bike. However, yours may be a late enough model that it might accept more common threads, pedals, components, etc. without having to use "band-aid" fixes, like RD hangers and such. (I could tell better if I knew what rear derailleur was hanging on your bike.) Not a lot of flip value in Peugeots though, except for PX-10 and mixte frames, which have a lot of interest.
