80s Peugeot Mixte
Any idea what year/model this bike is and how much it may be worth? Sorry I don't have more/better pics, it's not my bike.
I'm guessing a ~83 P-18?

Around here, mixtes are pretty popular. $175 to $200 in pristine, ready to ride condition. Looks more like a 1985 P18C to me. I had the men's version of a 1985 (P8) last year. The pearl white makes an attractive bike.
Looks like some scrapes on the twin top tubes, if so, that would deduct from the value a tad.
Are the rims alloy? (P8 had alloy rims). I removed the chain guard from the front crank, the dork disk, and wheel reflectors. Only things out of place on yours is that stem and the seat post. P6/P16 had a steel seat post like yours, but it did not come in white. Even though a P16 is a slight step down, it does not seem to affect values around here.
Your wheel reflectors and decal colors are wrong for 1983, and are a good match for 1985.

Thanks for the input. It's not my bike...just one I'm considering buying for my gf. I'll see it in person tomorrow. The seller is asking $190, which I doubt I'd pay. As you noted, the top tubes look dinged, and, if that's the case, the picture makes it look like those are fairly serious and possibly rusted. I was also confused by the seat, stem, and bars. My gf would prefer to ride fairly upright, so reaching the brakes may be fairly uncomfortable. I'd likely ditch the drops and get some of these:
In fact, I'd likely do it up almost identical to this Peugeot (as you guessed, an 85 P18C): https://www.flickr.com/photos/strongl...7607532882197/
However, adding fenders, rack, bars, and levers really starts to eat into the budget.

ypu just have to do it a little bit at a time. those bars will be nice but you need different brake levers too.

Thanks, everyone.
She liked it, so I bought it (for $160). There were more scratches and chips than the photos show, but it appears to be in decent shape. The frame is on the large end for her, which works out for the upright-ish riding: her seat is low, and it has turkey levers. It will be even better when I make the handlebar change.
