What could my Ironman Master go for?

I have an 88 Iron Man master, all 600 group with BioPace rings. In good shape. New Vitt tires, brake cables are new.

Sella Itaila seat, richey seat post. Park tools frame pump (sweet pump btw)

I saw an expert go for $300 I think on eBay and from what I remember, the master was way above the expert.

This is a pic from a few days ago. I was waiting on a rear white cable housing.

i would not part with it myself for under 400, and btw, the expert is not too far behind the master, same frame, bars etc, just 600 instead of 105

Nice bike!

ebay pricing is all over the map, not really a good guide to value unless you have multiple auctions with that outcome. I could not get $400 for that bike in this market. I would also remove the Profile tri bars before selling it. Tri bars limit your market quite a bit. If you are in one of those super hot markets, you might get there.

Here's one in Minneapolis (pretty hot bike market), in a more desirable size, for $375:

https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ra...869265390.html

Recent ones on Craigs List that are now gone (I assume they all sold) were anywhere from $250 to $350.

I would have estimated $300, but then I'm always estimating on the low side when it comes to Ironman bikes. Also, when it comes to Ironman bikes, the color influences the price. Red & white, metallic burgundy & silver are very desirable. Purple and yellow not so much unless you live in easter North Carolina in which case they sell very quickly. I have no idea where the white with the purple haze trim is in desirability. Perhaps Robbie can weigh in on this.
As for the value of that bike, it's pretty safe to say between $300 and $400.
EDIT: As for the value of the master over the expert, yes they are more desirable especially if they are complete, but the tri-color Shimano 600 is the most desirable. I can't tell if the OPs bike has tri-color or not. No matter, I just don't see that bike selling for more than $400.
I'd love for him to prove me wrong because I own a completely original, 87 Ironman Master in the hard to find Seafoam & White.

The boys and I have sold quite a few of these locally.

This one is "very" close to our home in St. Paul and priced quite reasonably.

By the way Mike, I love that Chevelle. Very, very hot.
