    1970's Peugeot Mixte

Is it worth flipping? Spoke with seller and she said the bike has zero rust on it; impressive considering the age.

    What do you guys think?

If it is as clean as the seller says and the price is right, then yes - it has great flip potential.

Mixte's are hot and it appears that someone installed some northroads, which tend to be popular with buyers of these bikes.
I would order a rack and a basket for it and maybe make a few bucks even after replacing all the consumables chain etc.

In Portland, sure. Around here, no. Very clean, bottom end Peugeot mixte, might bring $150 to $175 fully refurbished in my area (I have sold four mixtes in the last year, including two Peugeots). A better model can bring $200.

Portland is one of those insane markets where prices are much higher.
