I once owned a 20'' single speed Stycle. I have looked into the brand and I do believe they are German in origin. Mine was a hand-me-down, but even so, all original and totally unbreakable. I had it for over ten years. I don't know any model names or if they're even still in business, but they are/were a great brand. Even new ones can be hard to find sometimes.
