Location has a lot to do with prices. How many evals do you need since last November? Try the 'frame doesn't fit' trade party, if all else fails.
between the cleanliness, italian frame, and my market, i would probably ask more but the most important thing is covering your costs. if $450 covers your costs and gets you a bike that fits faster you have lost nothing.
i second the frame trade thread. if i were in the market i would strongly consider that frame (pending tt length)

Really nice bike! Considering you bought from a dealer, you did extremely well picking up that bike for $450. Dealers around here charge 50% to 100% higher than what I am able to get for the same bike. They have done this on bikes they sold for me. There is no way I could buy a vintage bike from a local dealer, and a couple of months later get out in one piece without losing quite a bit of $$. Congrats on a good buy.
I do think the value has been dialed in previously pretty well.
Tommaso need info, what is it worth (part 1)?
Tommaso, what is it worth (part 2)?
Tommaso, what is it worth (part 3)?
Should I buy?
