What kind of drop outs does it have? Its most likely a nuova racing or another entry level bianchi due to the lack of chrome. If so, it will have bianchi stamped drop outs. If you tune it up it would make a great commuter bike. Unoriginal parts and the condition of the frame will hurt the price but who knows.. a lot of people are totally oblivious and might pay good money just because of the celeste paint job.
And are those ofmega pedals? you should find sum dust caps imeeeediatly
check the catalog at https://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/Bianchi-84/3.jpg
does anyone know how much a bike like the nuovo racing would have cost originally?

can you post a pic of the seatlug area? if there is a serial number anywhere that will help T-Mar both identify it and add to his data base.
I agree I think is a '82ish Nouvo Racing.

I think you can tell a lot from the serial number. Size, age....but i don't know. I hope someone else can chime in because I have a similar bianchi and would like to know if you can tell the size from the seat lug #
