Help identify this brand
Hi I am looking at a bike on Craigslist and the seller does not know the brand. I have never seen the logo before either, maybe someone here can help. Here is the image

that is the only pic? pretty hard to tell I don't recall ever seeing a headbadge like that.
judging by the front brake and pedals it looks like a lowend modela nd not well cared for.
