Falcon San Remo Track Bike - Beat up paint - Help with Value?

Hello;

How much would you say this bike is worth in its present state? Does anyone know the time period?

Miche Primato Hubs, Mavic cxp33 rims.

Capagnolo headset, campy chainring

I'm not sure what the crank is if you could help me out here as well that would be great.

Cinelli Stem

Modolo front brake

Here are links to photos.

I think the frame, crank(Sugino), and seatpost are from the early 70's. Wheels are relatively new.

The saddle is a crime. A Brooks Pro would be more fitting.

Paints rough but could probably be touched up some. I bet you could find a pretty close paint match and spray the top tube, stays, and fork.

If I was looking for something like that I'd pay $300 -$400.

FWIW, the seller paid $160 for this bike on the Toronto CL three days ago, a great deal. I wish he had a little decorum and waited a bit before re-selling, that has to sting the original seller quite a bit.

Paint is a deal breaker for me but it has potential.
