Fat Chance Yo Eddy, Miele fixie and an old Univega

Howdy! I have a few vintage bikes I have built up and was wondering what you all might think about their value in case I chose to put them up for sale. I think the Yo Eddy is a '96. I customized it with moustache handlebars, Dura Ace barend shifters, Bontrager fenders, an old rack, '97 Mavic 220 rims with XT hubs, Chris King NoThreadset, Salsa stem, Zoom seatpost, cheap 1.5" road tires and an almost perfectly matching steel fork. It has original XT deraileurs and crank. It is my smoothest running bike, even more than my Kona Jake with full '09 Ultegra! The second bike is an '84 Miele (Canadian built Italian designed steel road racing frame and fork) built up as a fixie with Originate and Eighthinch components and a moustache handlebar. The third is just an old Univega touring bike (year ?) again with a moustache handlebar (I guess I have a thing for moustaches). I attached photos of them. I will appreciate any advice, information and comments. Thanks!

Fat chance bikes are collectable...idk why when you can buy similar rigid mtb frames for dirt cheap, but they are. I bet you could get close to 500 for the fat chance if you find the right buyer. The miele frame looks pretty cool and the frame, if in great condition, could get a few hundred probably. I cannot comment on the value of the fixie build....
Univega touring: $200 in the right market. Non-original parts effect price unless they are of significant quality. The value of your custom builds will really depend on selling in the right area/market. If you really want to find their true value, put them on ebay. Otherwise, trust your own intuition on what your parts/frames are worth- for instance, the miele frame is a HOT color. People like that and would probably be willing to pay lots of moneys for it. Get what you can but don't sell them for less than you want/think.

I think the real Fat Chance bikes from when he was still in Summerville are the ones everyone wants. this one being a '96 would have been built after Chance sold and moved.

what is your fascination with Moustache bars? I think both the FC and the Univega touring bike should have the correct type bars. and I am not sue about the rack and fenders on the FC either. what is the the pulley for on the RD? the Meile would likely sell better as a F/F rather thena FG

Vintage touring bikes enjoy a special niche around here, but need to be in ready to tour condition (drop bars, regular components, good racks, etc). The more custom the bike's appearance, the more limited the market. YMMV.

F/G fad around here has really died out. Too many hills, and too many cheap BD and others options. Market here is flooded with cheap FG and SS choices. Even the LBSs are carrying models under $300.
