Unknown Specialized Road Bicycle

Found this attractive bike. I've asked, but sadly the seller has no clue what size or what model the bike is. It's listed simply as "Vintage Specialized Racing Road Bicycle" and the seller indicates that it's full aluminum. This doesn't look like any recent model from Specialized, so I came here hoping to find an answer, even if the bike isn't all that old.

Thanks.

looks to be a 1995-1996 M2 road, don't think that is the s-works version. Wish there was a decent drive side picture, should have the model toward the rear of the top tube. Also, looks like some of the original components have been swapped out (rear derailleur, shifters, etc.) For size, I would say 54-56 probably. If it is a good price, would make a fun project bike for sure. Hope that helps.

Why you lay bike on asphalt like that? Shame on you.

Thanks for the info. The bike is currently listed as a bid starting at $90, so it is very tempting. I'm only 5'7" in height, and judging from all the threads I've read on here, I could maybe squeeze onto a 54 if I had a really low seatpost and short stem. That's if this bike is even a 54 and not anything larger. However, I'm new to C&V (well, bikes in general) so I'm not quite sure of my size anyway.
