The term "minty" might apply. My guess is that it's a 24" and that it would fit me. I'm a little put-off by the Hi-ten 1020 steel tubing. Is that as low-end as it sounds?

I don't know what they are worth, but I paid $225 for the chrome version. I was very happy to pay that price.
Surprisingly, the butted high tensile steel is lighter than I expected. Mine weighs approximately 25 lbs. I'm looking forward to restoring and riding it.

It is not worth $350.00, but where did you get the info that it is 1020 tubing? The ad specifies Cr-Mo, not hi-tensile, which would be referred to as carbon steel. I'd say maybe $200 max.
