Old Bottecchia frame

Picked this up in a swap a few months ago for $50.

It's a little bit to big for me, so I'm considering making this my first build, and then selling it.

I'm just wondering if the frame is as good as it looks.

Here's a catalog from '73. Looks like an entry level model.

$52.00!

Seriously, looks like a nice bike to build off of. Doesn't appear to have a RD hanger, so the first thing that comes to mind is singlespeed or fixed. Probably would make an awesome singlespeed commuter! If it were my size, I would do that with it, fenders and all.
