Antique schwinn mystery bike

Hi, i bought an antique schwinn bike at a garage sale for $25. The guy that i bought it from said it was a 1953 schwinn stingray. I have never seen this frame style on a schwinn stingray, at first i thought it was a stingray runabout but the frame styles are diffrent. The guy told me that he opened a schwinn delership in 1952 and this was one of the first bikes he got. All the parts on it are schwinn stingray parts. I looked and cant find anything like it. can anybody tell me anything? Or possibly what its worth? Thanks! Here is a link to some pictures of it: https://i1100.photobucket.com/albums/...6/IMG_7174.jpg This is a complete bike i do have the wheels, the front is a classic stingray front wheel, and the back is a 2 speed hub, pedal back shifter.

+10 Why do you think it is a Schwinn? Schwinn did not make a Sting Ray back then, and I have not seen a Schwinn with a stamped metal kickstand, but I am not a Schwinn expert for sure. Crank and fork do not look like Schwinn to me either, again, I am not that knowledgable on Sting Rays.

Sting Ray first showed up in catalogs in 1964, first showed up on price sheets in 1963. As far as it having Schwinn parts, I grew up back then. Everyone was converting their cruiser style bikes to Sting Rays. I converted my non-descript cruiser about 1965.
