The sports are low end of the Nishiki line. Equivalent to a Schwinn World of the same era. They pop up from time to time. Last one I saw around here didn't sell until the owner dropped to under $50. Yours are both small frames. That might not hurt the resale of the mixte, but it will the men's bike.
If it were me, I'd price on CL below the average 10/12 speed you see in your area, but above the $50. And allow yourself to be talked down accordingly.

Both bikes need basic clean up and minor service. Mixte should bring 2X the men's bike.
