Interesting high end MTB find...

I came across this frame and it seemed like it had potential with the deore xt group, the clean welds, and the interesting cable routing. I know that fat chance mtb's of the early '90's had similar cable routing and possibly a lugged seat cluster like this one. Another interesting feature on this bike is the unusually large dropouts used. If anyone has any ideas as to what it could be, it would be much appreciated. It seems high end like a 90's fat chance or gary fisher but could just as easily have been a schwinn or something very common. I am crossing my fingers!

Those are Taiwan welds and custom builders usually don't vent the top of the seat stay tubes. That is what I am thinking..

Hmm. Could be just a higher end taiwanese frame then... Anyone know what kind of dropout that is and what other bikes have them? Thanks for your responses!
