"Superb Sport" Mystery Bike. What is it?!
I purchased this bike in a yard sale, was told it was an "Italian racing bike" but doesn't look like one to me! Anyway, I am not a bicycle person, so am mainly relying on pictures to provide clues. It is a steel frame bike, 10 speed, mix of Italian parts, "Superb" on center rail and "Superb Sports" with black falcon? logos. No numbers I can see anywhere.
Any help would be much appreciated, no one around here seems to know what it is.

Looks like a typical private label bike from the boom to me. What is unusual is someone has rebuilt this bike from their parts bin, and nothing really matched. Originally as a minimum, the shift levers, front and rear derailleur would all match. I had a seat post just like that one on a 1974 Nishiki International. Crane RD is a nice one,

I've just been donated the same type bike and I can't find any info of the brand. Think mine may be a little older, as its got dual brake levers and shimano 600 running gear throughout. Im guessing the brand was big enough to go international, as my bike still had bondi Junction cycles sticker on it,from sydney Australia.

Hello MrRoboto, Welcome to the forums. Where is the bike now? If it has a sticker from a bike shop in Australia I would think it more likely someone moving from Australia is the reason for the bike being where you are. Any other pics?
