Three top tubes on old frame...Schwinn?

Trying to ID this old frame in my barn, and determine it's value. Looks like pre-48 Schwinn except I have not found an example with a top tube and TWO sets of support tubes under that. I only find a top tube and one set of supports. On the bottom where the pedals go there is stamped: LS901341

I dont think its a schwinn and the fork is almost certainly not original.

Ive never seen one quite like that, is it possible that someone added the second set of struts on in their garage?

I think someone took a fairly modern bike (look at the front fork) and created something unique by adding more top tubes.

Might be a decent project if it isn't rusted.

If that didn't grow that way, then someone did a heck of a job making it look real. Check the welds carfully. Does the second tube even have a weld and is the third one the only one with a weld?
