Worth of a Colnago Frameset

Just wondering what you would all appraise this at. Seller is asking 250.

Not enough to understand the condition. The fork crown chrome, the top tube cable guides.
It has been repainted, so the true metal condition is always a question, look up the recent thread on this.

Although I have a tough time saying a Colnago frameset is not worth $250, to me, this one is not. The lack of original paint, overall condition, I see rust? around the bottom bracket area, missing almost all of the decals = PASS.

One thing I look for on personal builds is quality of paint and decals.
