Dunelt Flur de Lys

This looks quite pretty to me, but I know SQUAT about Dunelts...other than that I think they were Raleigh by 1963.

Any thoughts to value, originality and quality?

I have too many bikes and need to make some room. This is a 1963 Dunelt that needs a little tlc. The front rim is a dunlop, but the rear is an after market Arya from the early seventies. the shifters are both Benelux, the saddle is a wrights cutaway. Comes with two sets of fenders, the pump as well. Tires tubes, bar tape, cables and brake pads are all new as when I got the bike all that was rotted. Six gears in the back, two up front, bullet cranks, flip flop hub in rear.

Based on the lugs and painted head tube this appears to have been a nice bike. Can't tell if the RD hanger part of the dropout or not, that would be another key. The fenders and frame pump are definitely cool.

I rarely see road bicycles for sale from the 60s or earlier. So to me this is bordering on an antique and is worth what you're willing to pay for it. Go check it out. $400 does not seem outrageous by any means.
