Big part of the value is dependent on the condition of the C Record group which appears to be pretty scuffed up.
Do the cranks and seatpost have the engraved shield logo? RD looks like maybe last gen C Record? Possibly Chorus... Is the rear wheel C Record? Front rims looks like a cheapo replacement.
Hard to tell, it's an awesome frame with an equally awesome group but at the high end condition is key and this appears to be pretty well used. I would guess around $4-600 for the frameset. Maybe about $1000 complete?
The market is soft now though so probably best to wait if you're going the ebay route.

The cranks and seatpost do have the engraved logo. the front rim is cheap but the hub is the original which i believe to be c-record.

Hubs look C Record. Do you a date code from the cranks?
As it sits I'll have to agree with 4 rings....$1000-ish. Keep in mind that its cooooold almost everywhere and show's falling. Parting out may yield more money but it's be dependant on the condition of the compoents and frameset.

Minimum $1200 here in Toronto, even at this time of the year. Are you sure the front hub is Record? I only ask because that seems like an unusual rim to pair with Record, is all.

Im not certain that the front hub is record. It just says campagnolo and has a dust clip covering the grease port. It matches the rear so I'm assuming it's c record. I think it was just rebuilt for cheap.

epicus, if the hubs have countersunk spoke holes then they will be c-record like these:

also remember that if you are going to take the cranks off, one side dust cover is left hand threaded, I think it is the left.

Lots of contradictions on this bike. Amazing frame, Record group, and looks great from a distance, but some places have pretty serious scratches. Record hubs are good but the rims they're laced to really make me scratch my head. I doubt anyone buying that bike will want a Velocity and Alex rim on their Colnago. If I were buying it I'd factor in the cost of getting the wheelset rebuilt with proper rims (and new spokes obviously.)
It is December, so $1000 sounds about right. Could bring more in the spring though.

Little trickier to source reasonable quality Masters.
Heck, I have a gorgeous 8 speed Campy wheelset just sitting here that would look great on a pretty bicycle like that.
Or how about a new set of GP4 rims to lace those hubs to?
That would be a worthwhile upgrade, wouldn't it!

Put it up on Ebay. $1 no reserve. I'll be happy with whatever it ends at. I need funds for other projects and i hate having a bike sitting around that i can't ride
