Is this a good bike? No. Its a Sears Department store bike, back when department store bikes were really low end. Reminds me of a Huffy or Roadmaster.

Now at the right price (say $10 to $20), assuming it is rideable, it might make a decent budget rider. If it needs any work at all, pass.

Good bike shop branded MTBs sell pretty cheap, no reason to get this one (unless it is rideable and free).

Not really a good bike if it works and rides good it would be a OK beater. It is a mid level Sears Catalog bike from mid 80's. As for value it really only has it's beater value of $100 or less if it works and rides good.

There's no way I'd go anywhere near $100 for that bike. I'd put it at $25 max, ready to ride. And only if you really need it and can't find anything else in that price range.
