    IS MY DATING WRIGHT ???
    SHOULD THE SEAT BE BLACK OR WHITE

    I'd think the tires are 26 x 1 3/8.
    The "57" on the rear hub would be a date.

    The 57 on the hub wuld be the date the hub was made. The bike itself may likely be a 58. Without pics it is hard to give any idea as to value. Are you sure about Phillips being the brand as Phillips mainly sold parts and not whole bikes.
