Ebay Raleigh, is it a good one?
Here it is:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/180779841254...84.m1423.l2649
I wonder, since it's near my size, should I go for it? I know nothing about this model, nothing shows up on a google search. Anyone know?
Thanks!

Two errors in the title alone, it is not collectible, and it is not rare. Frames only make sense if you have the parts, tools, and knowledge to built it. Overwise, a complete bike makes more sense financially, a lot more sense. See comments at the end, I would not buy ANYTHING from this seller!
I sold that model bike earlier this year, in a more desirable size, in great, pristine, ready to ride condition, $150.
Wow, did you check that seller's feedback (Seller has a really bad rating by the way, lowest feedback score I have seen from a repeat seller). If I was this guy, I would start over on ebay (new user name), and make sure I did a lot better job describing what I was selling, and taking care of my buyers:
"frame had a dent in the seat tube & not disclosed. Promised a discount & backed"
Or how about this one:
"Item not as described, waste my time and money for return shipping...BEWARE!!!!"
Not only is this feedback TOXIC, both are on bikes.

I suppose you're right Bill. The guy is a lurking disaster. I ended up not even bothering with it....

if you really want just a frame, post a WTB in the forsale threads. I think someone was selling some larger frames.
OH IMHO the nice thing about that Raleigh is the built in flickstand

+1 to all of the above.
A bare mid-level frame and fork for $80 isn't a good deal unless you have ALL the parts to put it together. You could do much better on a complete bike. On a higher end frame that would be an ok price if you want a project and are willing to accept that it'll cost more than a comparable complete bike.
