Mavic MA-40 Campy Record laced

I have a rear wheel with a Mavic MA 40 rim laced with a flip flop campy record hub. I need to do an overhaul and repack of the hub but other than that is in great shape. How much can I sell it for?

You would probably have the best luck selling the hub and rim separately, in my opinion. I could be wrong, depending on your location and what your definition of great shape means. When asking the question you have posed, it is always wise to offer pictures of the item for sale. However...

Is your wheel built with stainless steel spokes, or just galvanized ones? Are the spokes straight gauge or butted? Is the hub set up for French or English threads? How many spoke holes?

As you can see, there are many things that will impact the value of your wheel. And to that, add other factors that have little to do with the item itself.

Bicycles and components sell better at different times of the year. Being the middle of the winter, where I live, few people are actively seeking bicycles or parts, but that will change in about two months. Do you live in a small city or a large one - it makes a big difference? Will you sell locally or globally? Again, same kind of market, but one requires shipping and one does not. That, too, impacts how much you will get for the item.

So, in answer to the question, how much to sell for, not enough information has been supplied to help me make such a call or even a guess. If you offer the pictures suggested and more detail in your description, you will likely get more and better quality answers to your question.
