Help with Identifying and value of vintage Italian quill stem, possible Track Stem.
Any help with this stem would be awesome. No markings at all other then the "Made In Italy" decal.
It came on the '61 Legnano I just bought but not what should be on it, so I don't think I am going to keep it.

I'd agree it is a Cinelli stem. Check out this page from Velobase:

You can make out the same label on the last stem pictured.
Not as valuable as one with a painted badge, but worth at least a sizable chunk of what you paid for the Legnano it came on.
