Bridgestone RB-2 1994
http://www.bikepedia.com/quickbike/B...RB-2&Type=bike Size 56. Original components except new cassette and chain, new Paselas. Paint is sort of plum color, very good condition. Any estimates as to what I should ask? I'm in Nashville TN, not much C&V interest here but really don't want to ebay. thanks

I would probably ask $250, but would sell for as low as $175-200. If you put this on craigslist and expect to get any serious replies you'll definitely want lots of good high quality pictures hosted from a site like photobucket or flickr. The tiny CL pictures are almost worthless.

Not without pics. A large portion of the $$ you get for this bike will depend on your ability to market it: preparation, cleanliness, and the pics and ad you create.
Kind of typical Bridgestone, under-equipped (component grade) for the overall quality of the bike. |

I rebuilt my RB-2 early nineties (not sure if it was a 94) and sold it to a lady locally for $150.00 CND... Probably worth a bit more since it was a pretty nice old bicycle, but not cosmetically perfect...

Thanks, all. I've improved the bike quite a bit for my own use but all the original parts would be going back on for sale. Currently it has Ultegra brakes and triple crank and RD, 9 speed bar ends with 8 of 9 on 7. Also Nitto noodle and technomic. I like it ok but not as much as I thought I would. However, since it doesn't seem to be worth much, I may keep it, maybe try a 650b conversion.
