NOS Raleigh frame- built in the USA

Here's a handsome frame- in a tall size for gents like me.

I'm more curious than anything, as I have a pretty new Raleigh Clubman in the shed....

Any ideas or information about this frame? Purple no less. Would you consider it a racing frame? Or more of a randonneur frame? If I were to buy a frame like this, would it be hard to find parts to build it up? Where would you purchase them?

Bidding is over, did you win it?

Sorry for not seeing this yesterday, but no way would I have paid ~$270 for that frame. Model is unknown and "4130 chromoly" suggest a basic but solid frame. Would have to be some higher end Reynolds, Columbus, Tange, etc for me to pay that much. NOS stuff is cool but not in that range.
Why "derailer" is the correct way to spell the gear-change mechanism: sheldonbrown.com/derailer.html

I posted about it in Yahoo Answers, and some folks over there said about the same, that it wasn't anything special..... so I did not bid. I see it's been relisted now.
