Ciocc with 600/DA7400 group?

I'm looking at an old Ciocc with Aelle tubing. From what I can tell it's Shimano 600 on the crankset and brifters with DA7400 derailleurs. Looks like 105 brakes and some plain jane'ish wheels, Cinelli stem/bars, and not sure about the seat and post. Condition appears to be great, wouldn't need anything to jump on and ride. What would you guess it's worth? $500 too high?

Although the bike seems to have decent components, with the DA & 600 stuff, an Aelle frame doesn't usually sell for that high. Aelle is a seamed tube set and not as desirable as other higher grade Columbus frames. I wouldn't go higher than $400, and that's relying on your "great" condition description...normally these go for $300-$350. Good luck.

Awesome, thanks for he info man. That goes along with my gut feeling, although I kinda wish it wasn't true because it's a really good looking bike.

Thing to consider is whether $100 is too much extra to get a bike you really like. Trying to find it later will be a PITA. Now if it is just another bike among many that you like, keep looking.

Regardless if the tubing is seamless or seamed. Do you think you'd actually know the difference if noone mentioned anything? If you like it then just get.
