Well here it is I have done all can without replacing components, I will do that later. I put on new jagwire cable, found a nos blue suede vetta saddle put on some new rat traps from performance and finished it of with sram super suede bar tape and blue aluminum bottles with blue cages. I have a custom yellow vetta computer I have to put on just didn't get around to it today. I got before and after pics. It isn't all good news however like anything bought on ebay the seller never tells the truth, the wheels needed major truing then after spending $65 to have the work done that was with tubes installed. My lbs guy tells me the wheels had been slightly bent inward he done what he could. He said I could ride on them until the end of summer but highly recommended me replace them. I was going to anyway but I didn't plan on doing it this soon. Oh well life isn't over it is still a sweet ride and I do not regret buying this bicycle, other than the wheels everything else is great.
If you haven't read the previous post I got the bicycle from ebay for $349 + $60 s&h.

That is nice and I agree - black tires look good. I think it's the rims.
Not to nitpick, but your brake levers are too high on the handlebar. You won't be able to reach them from the drops. Check the picture where you unpacked it for the correct location. The bottom of the lever should be level with the bottom of the handlebar.
