Montgomery Ward 10 speed

Not sure what my sister in law has, but curious what it's worth. It's a Montgomery Ward 10 speed bike in decent condition. Tires may be dry rotted, but paint and seats look good. I see two numbers on handle bar stem, 80333 and 30162. Any ideas what we have and if it's worth anything? Picture attached

Typical bottom end department store bike. $25 or so.

It one of the wacky German made ones. As-is $25 is a good guess. New tires, tune the brakes, cables, etc. maybe $75.
