Fuji "The Finest"

I put this bike on CL today. Please let me know if I have the right price on it.
Thank you

Price seems maybe a tad high, but probably a good starting point.

Saddle pointed nose down loses some professionalism. Missing brake hoods is a minor negative but significant when asking $380 for a bike. TA crankset is pretty darn cool.

It's funny that the frame is Tange Champion #1, since it's so huge, and the rider limit is 175lbs:

Champion #1
Tubeset Weight: 2220 grams
Use : Road racing/track
Max Rider Wt. : 175lbs

Seems pretty ambitious to me. I'd have a tough time justifying $275 for that bike.

I don't know the market of the OP but a large frame will be a tougher sell from my experience. If the bike was a 56cm $380 is a lot so the big frame is overly ambitious at that number. The price for a 63cm in my market would be more like $250 unless it had bigger name recognition like Trek, Bianchi.
Barcons and the fact that it looks clean are a plus. Lack of pedals, missing brake hoods and saddle position are a minus. YMMV.

Have you heard anything yet?

You might want to stage it better- raise the seat, level the drops with the ground, put the drive side crank forward at 3 o'clock, put the chain in the big ring and a smaller one in the back, line up the valves at 6 o'clock... You might have better response at that price, at least enough to start a conversation with a prospective buyer.

FWIW: I have a 72 finest that's not nearly in that condition but still nice and I've been mulling $150 as an asking price.

For future searchers stumbling across this thread-

Put Dura Ace, Campagnolo, Suntour into the title - you'll get better search results.

Agree with the comments about the current set up. Raise and level the seat, rotate the bars down, take better pictures using natural light. Maybe outside in a park.

In its current condition, you'd be hard pressed to get over $250.

Fork looks to be slightly tweaked, but since I am the only one to notice, I am probably wrong. Price is very ambitious, set up needs some additional work. Needs new brake cable housing, plus other things mentioned above.

The fork is bent. You'll get more interest if you re-align it. Or replace it...
