Just curious. Hypothetically, without any other info, what would you be willing to pay for this bike?

Jack of all trades
I'd have to say about $300.

+1 on $300. Could be higher if all tune up work is done.

Looks like 8s Chorus.
If the frame fit me and I was looking for a complete, Ergo equipped bike, up to maybe $400.
As a flip, not more than $200 since the giant frame size is a hard re-sell. And I would part it out.

With the large size and Canondale geometry I wouldn't pay much. You can propably get $300 or so if you can find a buyer who wants a bike with this geometry in a large size which may take awhile.

I've been watching Cannondales ever since I got mine, and curiously, it seems most go for around $300 (no matter how well equipped. )
Still, I would not scavenge the parts off this one because the frames on these 'Dales are extremely worthy.

Thats just it! (Some sobering thoughts in here, btw...) The frame is phenomenal, If one is trying to go fast, maybe I just feel like it should be worth more...

incazzare.
As a donor bike, in the neighborhood of $200. I wouldn't buy it to ride it.

Assuming it fit me? Classic Cannondale 2.8 frame, stiff and light, that bike will shoot ahead when you step on it. Nicely updated with Ergos. Paint looks nice, not to be overlooked as those frames had somewhat fragile paint. Older Cannondale road bikes are really under-appreciated, in my neck of the woods they are not so common in fine condition. If very good condition and all ready to ride - needing nothing - I'd pay up to $350 for a keeper. To flip - much less, maybe $150.
