The frame sold for $261 on Ebay. I'm going out on a limb and say no, it's not worth $375.

Typical prices for these range from around $250 to $450 depending on size and condition. As pictured probably around $275.
If the listing isn't an outright scam, the seller is too lazy to take pictures and borrowed them from Ebay. If so, then most of the info is probably wrong.
