Value of Cilo Pacer (circa 1970)?

Any thoughts on value for this Cilo Pacer? I'd be interest in your valuation in both "as is" and restored condition? Overall, the paint is in decent shape with a nice cracked patina, but it does have a some chips as well as two large scratches behind the seat stays from the Pleischer rack. A fair amount of rust here & there, but nothing a little oxalic acid shouldn't fix. I'm guessing this is a 1970 (based on the serial, 70761, and mix of parts):

Reynolds 531 frame & fork with Campagnolo dropouts
    TA Cyclotouiste cranks
    Campagnolo shifters
    Campagnolo NR RD (Pat. 71)
    Campagnolo Valentino FD
Campagnolo Tipo hubs w/ Fiamme Yellow rims
    Wrights saddle
    Weinmann brakes
    Lyotard pedals
    Pivo stem

FWIW, I'm in the SF Bay Area where prices are somewhat inflated.

Well, I'd have to say probably in the neighborhood of $350-$400 as is. I saw one in slightly worse condition sell for $300 not too long ago. You're probably better off to do a little clean and polish and sell as is rather than spend any money on restoration IMHO.

^Thanks. I should not have said "restored" as I would not do a full restoration. Rather, I plan to clean & wax the frame, but not repaint. The parts, though, will need to be cleaned and polished, and the bike reassembled with new bearings, cables, housing, and handlebar tape. Cost will just be the "consumables." What's the right word for that type of work...refurbished?

    FWIW, paid $200.

Refurbished works for me...! Sounds like a plan.
