Panasonic Touring with lots of add-ons. Should I strip it or sell or sell as is?
This is a nice 86 or 87 Panasonic Touring model that I need to sell. Over the years, I have put quite a few good components on it. It has good British Racing Green (the Jaguar shade) paint and very good decals. There may be a few chips on the chain stays. Components added include: a honey Brooks saddle (can't break it in. The leather is sooo thick), a Nitto Marks Rack, Nitto Noodle bars, Nitto Technomic Stem (extra tall to nurse my old man's back), SKS plastic fenders, Sugino triple crank, MKS road pedals, Deore LX rapid rise RD, Deore LX FD, 7 speed IRD freewheel, 32t, rare 7 speed Ultegra bar end shifters, right is indexed, Panaracer Tourgard tires, 27" X 1 1/4". Tektro cantilever brakes and levers
The frame has no dents or dings, a very few scratches on chainstays. I put some extra braze-ons the seat stays to attach rear lights.
It's such a nice bike. Rides so well, much better than the Surly LHT I owned.
What do you think? Should I try to sell it as is or (choke) should I strip it? Give me your honest opinion, guys. Thanks very much in advance for reading this and giving me your opinion.

I would remove the front rack, the stem, and saddle (and maybe the fenders), otherwise sell complete. Touring bikes bring a nice premium, so stripping them imho makes less sense.

That is a good looking touring rig. I agree with Work I would take just those few 'person' items off. Most people are apt to want a rear rack before a front.

Check the red lined housing sold in 50 foot rolls by Niagara, for about $12. That's what is on my 620. I tend to not use it on the RD, as I prefer SIS housing there.
And on this WS:

Agree with Wrk - it's probably best to sell complete. If you DO part out, let me know...there are some bits I'd bite on.
