Looks like maybe an early 80's frame. Need to see dropout details pics and maybe some of the lugwork and fork crown to get a better idea on the quality an maybe identity of the frameset, but so far it's looking nice from what we can see on the two pics you already posted.

Do a google search on bicycle component codes. If those components are original, they all have date codes (the crankset, the stem, and the brake calipers). Now if the parts are all Campy, not so helpful to exact mfr date.
Also need to know where you are located, and what venue you plan to use for the sale. I can tell you where I live, frames sell cheap, really cheap.
+1 to below: one without decals, brand name, tubing type, bad paint, would be a total wash out around here, sales wise.

Mystery frame in rough condition = very low price. Even with the parts only about $50 maybe less in most markets. Even if you id the frame it won't raise the price much with the orginal artwork and paint gone.

Bare frames go cheap. Rough paint, no decals. Those are huge minuses. I would strip all the parts off (including the headset since it's Campy) and try to get like $10 for the frameset. Or donate it.
Or if you have a stockpile of parts build it up with the crap you want to get rid of and sell it for $50-75.
