Is it a new Tomasso ?, I.E., carbon or aluminum ?, or vintage lugged steel as manufactured by the original Italian company. The Italian company is long gone with the name being purchased by the Randall Scott in Boulder, CO. They have been selling aluminum and Chinese carbon frames and bikes for a few years. I have a Team Carbon that I actually love.

I'd take a few pictures to post. Post in either C&V or Road Cycling depending on the design.

Are were certain the OP is talking about a vintage bike ?. Could very well be a 5 year old thing from Randall Scott. Might want to put back....
