So I actually checked this out in person...offered $300. He held out and was able to sell for $400. The new owner is apparently under the impression he has room for profit (I don't think he does). I do not believe it's a Schwinn or Raleigh, though it is a high quality frame. It had the serial number on the rear drop out, which is why the seller thinks Paramount. I don't think the drilling in the headtube is consistent with Schwinn, though I could be wrong.
The parts gruppo is inconsistent...84' derailleur on the rear, more modern SR front derailleur...older hubs...wrong pedals.

I do not believe he will get that money and I am adding the seller to my ignore list. The bike wasn't ready to sell when I saw it (no problem with the CL seller, he wasn't asking top dollar) and I am certain he hasn't had time to prepare it for sale. The cables were lose, the drive train was a mess, etc. I'm sorry, but even assuming it is a Paramount...a repaint with the wrong decals, in rough shape, and an inconsistent Frankenstein gruppo is not worth his starting price, at least to me.
The seller's "spit and polish" description is severely understated.
