Contact the Univega seller and find out. If it's smaller than 56 cm, don't bother. Otherwise if it's not too far away, it's worth checking out.

Just by the picture, I'd guess it's a 58cm. Still worth going to take a look. Bring a tape measure and a luggage scale when you go.

The Miyata 615 is the best bike of the three shown. Those frames were top notch.

From the Univega photo, scaling the seat tube length based on a vertical wheel Bead Seat Diameter of 622mm (700c rims), I'm getting 54cm or possibly 56cm. If I use a wheel BSD of 630mm (27" rims), the seat tube length is 56cm. This is using a Gerber variable scale and averaging the vertical diameter of the front wheel and the rear wheel.

The BB shell center is the 2D intersection of the ST, DT, and CS rather than the crank arm bolt to avoid parallax distortion.

That appears to be 62cm - 64cm. It would be too big for you.

You're looking at the up front cost only, not the cost to get it in good rideable shape, nor the total cost of ownership, after you get rid of the bike.

If you like the Ross, IMHO, go buy a Walmart Fixie with McDonald's paint scheme for $100. Ross bikes were sold through mass merchandisers, not specialty bike shops. It is a heavy 1020 high tensile frame.

+1 on the Miyata 615.

This is freaking brilliant. Counting pixels and scaling based on the wheels will be of so much use when looking at CL! They always fail to post the size.

It's also rare on CL that you get a photo taken from axle height.

You're smoking something illegal if you think that will go for under $250.

Here's a bargain, but it will cost you $20 in EZPass tolls to get it. Raleigh Supercourse.

I like that Ross a lot and it would be a good fit for you. Pink may deter other buyers as well so maybe you can snag it for $150 or so. Definitely take it out for a test ride.

You should pass on this one bent frame and fork fairly low end poor condition not worth much of anything.

I think you should bring a wrench and allen keys with you and adjust the saddle and see it you like riding it. Only your own a$$ can be judge.

Replacement fork, chrome rims, rust, it's a basic POS.

I noticed almost 625 views of this thread, time to get on with it.
