Price Check on Nishiki Sport

Hey,
I'm looking to buy my first road bike and am wondering if this is worth it. It is a Nishiki Sport, looks to be in good condition. I'm 5'2", so finding a used bike in my size is pretty difficult. Any thoughts on this?

It is 'pig latin' and a very obscure MASH reference.

Price is high considering low end bike and average market.

Actually, I'd consider Rochester a slighter softer than average market but the college and university students will be returning soon and those extra small frames do command premiums, so the seller just may get the asking price.

FYI, it appears to be a 1987 based on the decal style. As stated in the ad, it is almost certainly a Giant manufactured bicycle, as other 1987 Sports in my database have Giant serial numbers.

I used to ride a Nishiki Sport in high school. Mine was older, maybe early 80s model.
