Ompax was a Canadian bicycle, parts and accessories importer and distributor. They had many of their products contract manufactured and branded as Ompax.
Aero frames can be a hard sell, especially for low recognition brands like this. If we can determine the manufacturer from the serial number, it may help to incease the value. Regardless, given the condition and the Dura-Ace AX bits, you should be looking at a minimum of $200.

Edit: Just noticed that post is not Dura-Ace AX as claimed, but lesser 600AX. I'm assuming that's also a lesser 600AX headset under that aero cover. Levers are SunTour's entry level AR/ARx unit.

Agree Min. of $200, Max. around $300. Good Marketing copy and quaility photos along with a blurb about the significance of aerobikes.
Aerobikes are a cool footnote from the 80's and I'm sure that they are folks who seek them out.

Clarification
The head-set is clearly marked "Dura Ace" The post is marked 600DX and is fully aero , New with the original sealing rubber to match the bike color. From 1981-1984 Bottom bracket ?? can't find either level markings
