The Drive Side is Within
Don't know the value, but my old Panasonic has had a black ano wolber alpine/ 105 hub on the front that has stayed true and fast through living in NYC, century rides, pothol-y night rides, etc.

That looks like a cassette to me, not a freewheel. If that's the case, I'd place the value a bit higher because an 8/9/10 speed freehub body could be swapped onto the rear wheel and it could be used with a modern bike/drivetrain.
Still, no one likes rusty/corroded spokes. I don't see these being worth much more than $100.

Since the spokes have corrosion, you might want to consider parting them out. You could probably get a minimum of $30 each for the hubset, freewheel, and rims. You'd broaden you buyer pool and shipping would be easier.
