Raleigh Milk Race Road Bike
I did some research, and the men's version came up, and it said that it was built in the mid 80's.
Picture:
How much should I pay for this bike?
Thanks

Do not even consider purchasing it. This is a very low end Raleigh and it will need lots of work to make it even marginally acceptable. Keep checking Craigslist and Kijiji or whatever works in your area. Make sure your sizing for a frame is correct and then make a purchase.

A rust free, good riding condition, bike of its type, if you like it, and it is a good fit is worth $60 to $100. Even though it was never designed to win the "tour" it can still be a good around town bike and beats a new Walmart bike any day.

Thank you guys - I'm also considering buying this (Skyline Vintage Road Bike)
But I also did research and barely anything came up so I'm assuming its a department store level bike. But even so he said that it was
10 speeds with Shimano RS derailleurs, and No rust, dent or damage, so I'm unsure.
By the way, you guys are lifesavers because I am completely clueless when it comes to bikes.
I'm 5'3 and I just want it for commuting.
