Is this fork bent?
There are few pictures on this ad, and to me it seems like the fork has an angle that is different on the left side to the right: Bicikli : Drumski Trkac Biemmezeta - ID 11245101 - Kupujem Prodajem
If anyone can help me figure out the equipment on this that would be great.

do not see anything in the three fotos to indicate a bent fork. machine has an odd mix of bits. hubs may be something like miche. juy mechs but an unrecognised set of shift levers.
crown is odd. at a distance it looks like a typical full sloping but up close one can see it is different. the recessed brake mounts are an aid to dating.

I'm not seeing anything in the photos either to indicate fork or frame damage.
