Vintage Bianchi Grizzly

Wondering if this lugged Japan Ishiwata frame has any real value? Double butted tubes, forks and stays. Certainly the quality is there, but because it is a mountain bike frame - not really worth that much? What would it sell for as just a frame? as a whole bike?

Any idea what year? Thanks

Its best value is simply as a rider. It looks like a huge frame but it would likely make a great and comfortable drop bar conversion.

Thanks Bianchigirl. That was my guess. I’ll probably make it into a single speed. 21” seat tube. 23” top tube. Huge is right.
