I have found out what it is. It is Cottur Whilier Triestina, 1986, the Italian champion that year. I have found exactly the same frame with the same gear with Cottur Whilier triestina and columbus decals on it with heart and bird cutouts. the original color is chrome blue. Just like Whilier triestina ramata, only blue. i have never seen this one before, but when i saw that bike with original color and decals....daaaaamn :)
Now i only have to find decals for my bike and it will be complete :)
