Can someone tell me if this is an olmo?

have never seen an olmo with these lugs or crown. the ziggerat headlugs are reminiscent of early peugeot but not the same.

no ideas as to make but find it difficult to believe it is an olmo. appears to be a base model frame to which someone has added braze-ons and a staggeringly ugly paint job.

whatever value it has is in the componentry.

With no tubing sticker and fresh paint....hmmm. Juvela is right about the Aztec lugs, used commonly on older Peugeots.

Also makes me wonder about the fork crown. Wouldn't be surprised if the heart is painted on instead of a cutout, just to make it look snazzy but from a distance.

someone has put a great deal of work into this bicycle. likely far more than it was worth.
